WELCOME

My name is David Pepa and I have a passion for pop culture writing.  After high school I had no idea what I wanted to pursue.  So, I enrolled at Suffolk County Community College and studied Psychology.  After a few classes I came to the conclusion that it wasn't for me.  I then joined their school newspaper and wrote an article for them.  After it was published, I got this feeling that I wanted to do this for the rest of my life.

 

Once I got my Associates degree, I transferred to Stony Brook University and studied Journalism. I then wrote for their school paper, The Statesman, as their arts and entertainment writer.  I covered live events, reviewed movies, and did profile pieces on certain figures of interest.  And with that my passion grew.  I also met and learned from notable journalists from publications like New York Times, CBS and Rolling Stone.

Now I'm here to write and publish all things pop culture here.  Whether it's Taylor Swifts new album, a new Marvel movie review or an update on House of the Dragon, we have all that and more.  For those who have a passion for this come to David's Pop Culture Corner.
